Cargloditas are a primitive tribe of giant snails that live in the deepest forests and caves of Dartalia. They are characteristic for their sabre teeth, their printed shells, their huge size and their viscous bodies. Males have abudant facial hair and females have more feminine traits. Cargloditas eat wolves and cougars, although they occasionally eat fruit and mushrooms. Some of them may develop wings, as a result of eating too much hallucinogenic mushrooms.

As all tribes, Cargloditas live in community, usually following the typical hierarchy of any herd, that is to say, that there is a leader. This is usually the strongest and most charismatic of the group, as well as wise.
